Medical Services The Squirrel Hill Health Center offers comprehensive, quality primary and preventive medical care for people of all ages. To better serve all of our patients, the center features wheelchair accessible exam tables and scales. Medical services include: Internal Medicine Family Medicine Geriatric Care Pediatric Care Gynecological Services Obstetric Services, including Delivery Prenatal and Postnatal Care Family Planning Services Immunizations Lab Work Our physicans have privileges at the following hospitals: Shadyside Hospital Magee Women's Hopsital Children's Hospital Case Management Services SHHC's nurse case managers provide a full range of assistance for all SHHC patients, ensuring that they are connected to specialty care, tests and any support services that they may need to remain as healthy as possible. Any SHHC patient may take advantage of this service, regardless of insurance status. Case managers will also work to find sources of financial aid for eligible patients, when possible. Behavioral and Mental Health Services The Squirrel Hill Health Center staff includes a psychiatrist and a licensed clinical social worker. Both of these mental health professionals offer a full range of mental health services that are available to SHHC patients by appointment. These services include: Psychiatric Evaluations Individual Therapy Group Therapy Case Management with our social worker Couples Counseling Family Counseling Medication Management Financial Management Services Our billing specialist Rebecca Stiffey offers free financial counseling to any patient seeking aid in managing their medical bills. She is happy to aid patients in the completion of their sliding fee scale application as well as set up payment plans for patients' individual financial situations.
